來福 （彩墨）

以前住在桃園縣觀音鄉的鄉下，家裡養了一隻灰色台灣土狗，名叫「來福」。我們家菀佐小時每每叫牠「我福、我福」的。牠聽到小主人喊牠，便會很親切地靠過來和小主人一起玩耍，又跑又跳的，像跟屁蟲一樣，頗善體人意。

這隻趴著睡覺的狗，我們把牠安排在楓葉樹底下，牠睡得正熟，嘴巴用尾毛覆著以取得溫暖，還會輕輕地鼾齁呢。至於那淒美的楓葉掉落在牠身邊，牠都不屑一顧了。

Rifle/ink and color painting

We kept a gray dog of a local breed named “Rifle” when we lived in the countryside of Kuanyin Township in Taoyuan County. My son always called him “Wofu” when he was little. It would always come and play when hearing my son called it. It would bound after people like shadow, and it could understand us well.

Here I have painted a sleeping dog underneath a maple tree with red leaves. It is sound asleep. It has covered its face with its tail to keep warm, and is softly snoring. The leaves of the starkly beautiful maple are falling around the dog, but he ignores them.＠
