A: Mr. Reynolds? Rick Murphy. I’m the accounting manager for Macmillan and Emory, Incorporated.
B: Nice to meet you. How can I help you?
A: I would like to meet with you to discuss some discrepancies on our payroll account.
B: Certainly, Mr. Murphy. Could you come to my office this afternoon at 2:30?
