【大紀元7月16日訊】房子的合約訂好後，在搬家前一週應與電話、供電和煤氣公司聯繫，為將要入住的房子預約電話、供電和煤氣接通時間。

如果您是第一次自己租房，則需要聯繫電話公司、供電和煤氣公司建立新的賬號；如果您是結前一合約，搬到新的地方。您可在為新住處預約電話、供電和煤氣接通時間時同時結清現有的合約。切記提前一週將此事辦好。以免搬到新的地方後電話、供電和煤氣還沒有接通。電話公司一般需要4個工作日完成切斷、連接電話服務。

從政府拿養老金的老人，在連接電話時，請告知

您領取政府福利的賬號。政府每三個月會給您一些補助。
