龍捲風重創阿拉巴馬州川普週五赴災區慰問

【大紀元2019年03月06日訊】美國東南部3月3日下午遭強烈龍捲風襲擊，重創地區包括南卡羅來納州、佛州和喬治亞州部分地區，其中以阿拉巴馬州李縣（Lee County）遭到的破壞最嚴重，導致至少23人喪命，數十人受傷。當局表示，傷亡人數恐持續攀升。

總統川普5日表示，他將於本週五（3月8日）訪問阿拉巴馬州，並已親自指示聯邦緊急事務管理署（FEMA）給予最頂級支援。

綜合媒體報導，阿拉巴馬和喬治亞州3日下午遭到多個龍捲風侵襲，尤其拉巴馬州李縣更是在一小時內颳起至少兩次龍捲風，其中一個龍捲風風速高達274公里/小時，強度EF-4，足以摧毀結構完整的建築物。

截止5日，災情造成阿拉巴馬州至少23人死亡，數十人失蹤；成美國六年來最慘重的龍捲風災情。該州州長凱·伊弗（Kay Ivey）已向聯邦申請成為重災區，並致電總統請求提供救援，川普也保證會給予頂級「A+」的支援。
