刘海粟先生曾经说过：“一部艺术史即是一部创造的历史。……坚持与别人不雷同，才能有自己独特的风格。”

所谓创作，就是要有新意、要能“创造出新意念的作品”。否则凭什么叫“创作”呢。

不过也有另外的说法是：创造不是凭空生出来的，仍然要有“底子”，要以传统做养分的。

无所适从的我们，就只好在这两者之间徘徊了。

Mr. Liu Hai su once ever said: “A history of art is a history of creation…. Insist to be a different from others,

a unique style of your own can be built.”

The so-called creation, which means new ideas are must, must be able to “create a new idea of works”. Otherwise, how it can be named “creation”?

There is another way of saying that creation does not come out from nothing, a capable “foundation” is a must and keeps tradition as its nutrition.

People like us who do not know how to follow up but only wander in between these two.@
