省府表示，有望在未来几周内更多药房可以提供病毒检测。
本周五开始提供服务的药房，包括Shoppers Drug Mart、Medicine Shoppe、Village Square Pharmacy及Rexall。
注意事项：
1、民众没有感染症状，可以前往药房接受检测，但必须提前预约。
2、民众可免费接受检测。但在此之前，必须回答相应问题，确认身体状况。
此外，民众拜访药房时，必须遵守公共卫生指引，例如佩戴口罩，频繁洗手，与非社交圈成员保持安全距离。若民众当日身感不适，则需要留在家中，改日再去接受检测。
三家医院提供唾液测试
此外，本周开始，三家医院将提供唾液检测。这些医院包括女子学院（Women’s Colleg）、西奈山医院（Mount Sinai）和大学健康网-多伦多西区医院（Toronto Western Hospital）。
卫生厅长叶励雅（Christine Elliott）在周三的新闻发布会上说，基于唾液的测试将首先与常规的鼻咽测试一起进行，以评估其准确性。
加拿大卫生部尚未批准广泛使用唾液检测病毒。卫生部长哈伊杜（Patty Hajdu）上周表示，加拿大卫生部将不批准危害加拿大人健康的测试，因为测试不准确或提供虚假的安全感。
病毒测试计划是政府秋季大防疫计划的第二部分。第一部分涉及购买数百万剂季节性流感疫苗，政府鼓励所有居民注射。
叶励雅说：“我们已经为最糟糕的情况做好了准备。”
安省已经为可能出现的情况建立的模型，包括每日新增病毒数的高峰和低谷，或急剧增长。叶励雅说，随着安省继续推行其秋季防疫计划，将公布这些模型的更多细节。
