六次默哀悼念死者 親屬唱頌遇難者名字 回憶最艱難時刻

【大紀元2016年09月12日訊】(大紀元記者施萍綜合報導)週日(9月11日)早晨,在15年前受恐襲而倒塌的原世貿中心遺址,紐約人聚集到一起,悼念2001年9月11日這個改變了美國的日子以及在那天死去的近三千條鮮活的生命。

總統候選人川普和希拉里,以及911受害者家屬參加了歸零地的紀念儀式。8點46分,全體默哀,15年前的這個時刻,美國航空公司11號航班撞進了世貿中心北塔;9點03分,全體默哀,那是聯合航空第175號航班撞入南塔的時刻;9點37分,全體默哀,紀念美國航空公司第77號航班撞上五角大樓;9點59分,全體默哀,那是南塔倒塌的時刻;10點03分,全體默哀,聯合航空93號航班上的乘客勇鬥劫機分子,成功將飛機墜落在賓州的一處田野上,粉碎了恐怖分子撞上國會大廈的計畫,但機上無一人生還;10點28分,全體默哀,15年前的此時,世貿中心北塔轟然倒下。

人們唱頌2,977個911遇難者的名字,全市的教堂鐘聲齊鳴。受難者家屬一一走到麥克風前,說出他們對親人的思念。

「15年就像15秒鐘」

在CNN電視臺的畫面上,一位叫加克尼(Jim Giaccone)的男子回憶他死去的哥哥邁克爾(Joseph Micheal)。他的哥哥當時在北塔的103层一家金融公司工作。「這15年就像15秒鐘一樣。」加克尼說,「傷痛還在,傷口還在。你還生活在我們家人中間,我們每天都思念。」他哥哥所在的Cantor Fitzgerald公司當天損失了658名員工。

當達馬迪奧(Jerry D’Amadeo)的父親遇難的時候,他只有10歲。昨天,他站在麥克風前說:「有時候,生活中的悲慘事件會把我們帶上一條我們應該走的路,那就是盡可能地相互幫助。」他現在和一些在桑迪胡克校園謀殺案中受到影響的孩子們在一起工作。他向空中送去一個親吻,說「爸爸,我愛你!」

市長參加悼念消防員的儀式

週六(9月10日),紐約市長白思豪來到聖派翠克教堂,悼念911恐襲後在救援中犧牲的消防員。

2001年9月11日,曼哈頓下城世貿中心當地有2,753人遇害。其中包括343名消防員,23名警官和37名兩州港務局員工。

白思豪說:「2001年9月11日,觸動了我們每個人。紐約人都承受了這一天的痛苦。每個人都感到痛苦。」他在推特上寫道:「但恐怖分子沒有獲勝,因為15年後我們依然強大,而且團結一致。」

2001年9月11日,伊斯蘭恐怖組織「基地組織」的恐怖分子劫持了四架美國商用客機,對美國本土進行了自殺性的恐怖襲擊。其中兩架飛機撞擊了紐約世界貿易中心雙子塔樓,一架飛機撞擊了華盛頓附近的五角大樓,另一架墜毀在賓夕法尼亞州的匹茲堡附近。這一系列恐怖襲擊事件共造成近3,000人死亡或失踪。

這起恐怖攻擊是自1944年10月日本向美國拋下「風船炸彈」後美國本土第二次遭受的來自空中的襲擊;也是繼珍珠港事件後,歷史上第二次外國勢力對美國本土造成的慘重傷亡的襲擊。

10年以後的2011年5月2日,美國在巴基斯坦把911恐襲的罪魁禍首、「基地」組織領袖本拉登擊斃。
