At 115, Jiroemon Kimura is the third oldest man ever recorded.

Jiroemon Kimura 115歲,是第三位創紀錄最年老的男子。

Born on April 19th, 1897 he was around for the first flight by the Wright brothers, he was 64-years-old when Yuri Gagarin first flew into space and he was already in his nineties for the birth of the Worldwide Web.

他出生於1897年4月19日,約在萊特兄弟首次飛航時。加加林首次飛進太空時,他64歲。網際網路誔生時,他已90歲。

And his secret to longevity?

他長壽的秘訣是什麼呢?

[Jiroemon Kimura, 115-Year-Old Kyoto Resident]:

“I don’t know exactly … maybe it’s all thanks to the sun above me. I am always looking up towards the sky, that is how I am.”

115歲京都居民Jiroemon Kimura說:

「我並不是很清楚。或許都要歸功於頭頂上的天吧!我常仰望天空,那就是如何達到的原因吧。」

Kimura says he keeps his mind active by learning new things.

木村說,他藉由學習新事物,保持思維活躍。

115歲京都居民Jiroemon Kimura說:

The centenarian has 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 13 great, great grandchildren.

這名百歲老人有14個孫子,25個曾孫和13個曾曾孫。

That’s quite a family.
